MuRF Systems offers a behavioral skill-based adult and youth employability training program for your organization that can be measured for results. This training and development system is perfect for individuals who wish to work in industries such as manufacturing, hospitals, banks, school districts, insurance companies, high tech industries and any other industry that has human resources that must be motivated, productive, supervised, evaluated or led.

 A new job is exciting and yet it comes with challenges and more responsibilities. The Workplace Essentials curriculum targets adults and youths’ need to have an understanding of workplace realities in working with people and processes. This training program is focused on the responsibilities of effective employees within an organization.  In addition to the organizational obligations every employee has a personal life that must be balanced with the organizational demands.

 All modules are delivered through an e-learning system with pre and post testing. Each subject represents minimum of 10 hours of training for a total of 120-144 hours for the Workforce Essentials series.
