Developing good management is the ounce of prevention that is worth the pound of cure.  The MuRF Management Attitude and Cultural Survey (MACS) is used with the leadership of your organization and is designed to be used with groups a managers to evaluate the overall management culture, attitude and style of the leadership team.

It will give you an overview of the management team with emphasis on:

  • People skills
  • Motivational skills
  • Developmental needs.

MACS evaluates overall leadership style and identifies potential weaknesses as well as the inherent strengths of the way your organization is being managed.

The MuRF Management Attitude and Cultural Survey takes 25 to 40 minutes to complete and can be administered anywhere there is access to the Internet.
