Below is a description of each of the courses.
This interactive style of teambuilding is built off the philosophies built from ropes course training. In order for a team to be truly successful, they must be engaged with each other. The ropes style team building program puts participants in challenging situations that require them to work together to solve challenges, pushes their communication, makes them think critically, and leaves them trusting and relying on one another. This program can be done in multiple time formats, from two-hours to five full days.
Personal Accountability is all about teaching people to view things from the right perspective. Using the principles of the Attribution Theory, this course teaches people to ask the kinds of questions that will lead them to explaining their behaviors internally and therefore owning responsibility for them. This program is designed to be implemented in a half day format.
Strategically planning for the future of your organization involves have a clear picture of where your people are now and where they will be in the future. This course teaches participants to create a talent and retention map, and then walks them through the steps to effective succession planning. The program is designed to be implemented in a half day format.

By understanding what makes you the person that you are, you will have a better grasp on why you act, interact, and react the way that you do. After creating self-awareness, this course teaches a strategy for team integration by teaching participants to adapt to the individual they are interacting with. The program is designed to be implemented in either a 2-hour or half day format.
