Jody Holland [ Owner/President ]

Jody began his training and development career in 1994. His fun and witty approach to building a culture that capitalizes on people's strengths instead of micromanaging their weaknesses quickly earned him a reputation as a catalyst for creating lasting change. As a result of this success, he has been invited to speak at State, National, and International conferences. Jody is a graduate of Angelo State University in San Angelo Texas. He has a degree in Communications. Jody has worked for Texas Employment Commission, the Boy Scouts of America ? Chisholm Trail Council, Condley Consulting, and started his own company in 1999. Murf Systems, formerly known as HCH Training, has served clients in three countries over the past five years and continues to expand its reach.

Murf Systems is know for its extensive research before releasing products to the market. Under Jody?s leadership, research has been conducted in Nurse Retention, Employee Morale, Behavior Modification, Leadership, and various other topics resulting in specialized tools addressing the needs of the market today.

Jody serves on the boards for the Abilene Chamber of Commerce, Butman Methodist Camp and Retreat Center, the Southern Region ? C.O.P.E. and Climbing for the Boy Scouts of America, and his local church. He is married to Renae and has two beautiful daughters ? Emily and Meghan.
