MuRF Systems Training Programs were developed in response to the needs of our clients. We believe that companies should implement trainings based on actual, uncovered issues. The goal of the development programs is to create positive and profitable behavior change as well as skills development. We measure our success by the success of our clients.
The professional courses are built around a core of job specific knowledge and skills subject matter. The courses are divided into four major areas with three subjects to be covered in each area.

The core competencies listed above are presented in light of the personal characteristics surrounding the core knowledge and skills. The personal characteristics are taught within the subject matter of each of the four major competencies divisions.
It is suggested that the complete course of materials be presented over a period of three to six months with two to four days of training each month for a total of 12 training days. Each participant will be provided a copy of complete training materials in written and bound form covering the topic presented. The coursework will emphasize practical leadership, management, and supervisory skills and behaviors.
An interactive adventure of learning to manage your stress, deal with past frustrations, communicate effectively with difficult people, navigate through stressful situations, and maximize personal happiness. This is done as a full-day training incorporating both classroom activities and integrated class discussions. At the end of this training participants will be able to reconcile their past and embrace their future.
A two-day retreat style format that enhances the leadership communication skills of all persons in charge of developing others. Whether a person is just beginning as a manager, or is a seasoned veteran, they will benefit from the leadership skill sets addressed in this training. Topics covered: Listening as a leader, Confrontation, Dispute Resolution, Values in the Workplace, and Preventing Future Problems.
This entertaining and interactive training walks all employees through how to deal with all customers. Whether the customer is great or a jerk, front-line and management employees must know how to fulfill the mission of the company and take care of the people who keep you in business.
All of us experience conflict on a daily basis. The trick is dealing effectively with the challenges we face. In this half-day workshop, we develop people through role-playing, examples, and illustrations.

This fully interactive learning experience incorporates the synergy of a wilderness development program with the executive comfort of a boardroom. By incorporating initiative challenges with learning; participants obtain a comfort level in communicating and trusting other participants. Once the level of trust is built, team participation increases.
Taking into account the three generations, multiple races, religions, both sexes, and all of the other variances and differences that our workplaces now engage, it is critical that we educate our employees on how to embrace and benefit from our differences, instead of fearing them. By teaching harmony and acceptance, we engage people to develop themselves to a higher level of leadership and build unity in our staff.
Sexual harassment is defined as any undesired sexual advance, comment, or gesture that disturbs another person. This definition creates a legal structure that allows employers to be held responsible for not taking appropriate action when sexual harassment exists. This encompasses what happens to employees, customers, patients, leaders, and passers-by. Companies cannot afford not to educate their people in this arena.
